JobScope does not collect:
When you open a LinkedIn job page, JobScope reads the job title, company name, and location visible on the page. This information is processed entirely within your browser to look up matching records in a pre-packaged database (bundled inside the extension). Nothing is sent to any server.
The salary database is a pre-processed, aggregated summary of public U.S. Department of Labor records. It contains no personal information — only aggregate statistics (median, percentiles, filing counts) grouped by employer, job title, and state.
JobScope stores the following in chrome.storage.local on your device only:

These datasets are public domain and contain no personal information.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be included in the next extension update and the "Last updated" date above will change.
